Avocado & Cilantro
with a splash of lime
This is a fresh green drink for when you aren’t in the mood for something sweet. Enjoy this verdant and creamy smoothie with a light lunch.
2 cups coconut water
1 avocado
1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
juice of 1⁄2 lime
- 1 In a blender, combine coconut water, avocado, cilantro, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
