with coconut & banana

Nothing makes a green smoothie creamier than an avocado. Use an extra-ripe banana for just the right level of sweetness. This simple blend is filled with heart-healthy fats and fiber.

 

112 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage

1 avocado

1 frozen medium banana

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 12 cup water, coconut milk, avocado, and banana. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
