1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

1 avocado

1 kiwi

2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, avocado, kiwi, mint, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
