Guava & Mango Lassi
with chia seeds & Coconut

Nothing tastes quite like guava, and it offers a healthy dose of vitamin C. Because fresh guava can be hard to find, choose a guava nectar with minimal added sugar.

 

8oz guava nectar

12 cup low-fat milk

1 cup frozen mango

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp shredded coconut

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 14 cup water, guava nectar, milk, and mango. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses, sprinkle chia seeds and shredded coconut on top, and serve immediately.
