112 cups frozen pineapple

1 medium banana

2 tsp honey

2 tbsp unsweetened dried coconut flakes

  1. 1 In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple, banana, honey, and coconut flakes. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
