Pumpkin Power
with banana & Maple

There’s no actual pumpkin in this, but the pumpkin protein powder has a tremendous amount of vegan protein! Instead of maple syrup, use dried dates to sweeten this smoothie.

 

112 cups unsweetened hemp milk

1 frozen medium banana

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 scoops pumpkin seed protein powder

  1. 1 In a blender, combine hemp milk, banana, maple syrup, and pumpkin seed protein powder. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
