Carrots & chai
with mango

If you’re a fan of chai tea, this smoothie is a surefire winner. The cell-protecting benefits of the spices and tea–plus carrots and mango–make for a super nutrient-packed drink.

 

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup chilled brewed black tea

12 cup chopped carrots

1 cup frozen mango

1 tsp chai spice blend

  1. 1 In a blender, combine almond milk, tea, carrots, mango, and chai spice. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
