banana & date shake
with walnuts

With just enough sweetness and even a little bit of crunch, this smoothie will easily become a favorite. And enjoy it even more knowing it doesn’t have any added sugar.

 

2 cups low-fat milk

2 medium bananas

4 dates, pitted and roughly chopped

13 cup raw walnut halves

  1. 1 In a blender, combine milk, bananas, dates, walnuts, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until well combined, leaving some texture.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
