Strawberries & vanilla
with lavender

A member of the mint family, lavender is worth eating more often. It’s sweet and floral, and it can calm and soothe. Plus, it’s a lovely complement to strawberries.

 

2 cups unsweetened soy milk

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp chopped dried lavender leaves

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  1. 1 In a blender, combine soy milk, strawberries, honey, lavender leaves, and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
