Vanilla Kefir
with Lime

Kefir is a cultured milk beverage loaded with probiotics that promote healthy digestion. Blend with fresh lime and ice for a chilly, high-protein fermented beverage.

 

zest and juice of 2 limes

2 cups vanilla kefir

  1. 1 In a blender, combine lime zest and juice, kefir, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
