Chocolate & Banana Egg Rolls

Fried desserts are all the rage but clearly not the healthiest—and many aren’t vegan. This recipe is so delicious, adults and kiddos alike will beg for it.

4 egg roll wrappers

4 tbsp vegan chocolate and hazelnut spread or nut butter

2 small bananas, halved

powdered sugar

1. Set the air fryer temp to 370°F.

2. Place 1 wrapper on a flat surface, with the pointed end facing up. Spread the butter in the middle and top with half a banana. Fold in the sides over the filling and then roll up from bottom to top. Repeat this step with the remaining wrappers and filling. Spray the egg rolls with canola oil.

3. Place the egg rolls in the fryer basket and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes, turning once halfway through.

4. Transfer the egg rolls to a platter and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Dust with the powdered sugar before serving.
