Kale & Veggie “Sausage” Wraps

This delicious plant-based breakfast of champions is chock-full of fiber and protein to keep you going strong all morning long.

MAKES 2 • SERVING SIZE 1

2 vegan sausage patties (MorningStar Farms recommended)

½ cup liquid egg substitute (JUST Egg recommended)

1 cup chopped kale

2 large whole wheat flour tortillas

hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended) (optional)

1. Set the air fryer temp to 350°F.

2. Place the sausage in a baking dish. Place the dish in the fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Remove the dish from the basket. Dice the sausage and add the egg and kale to the dish.

4. Return the dish to the fryer basket and cook the mixture until firm, about 10 minutes more.

5. Remove the dish from the fryer basket. Slice the mixture into 8 equally sized portions. Place 4 pieces on each tortilla. Serve with the hot sauce (if using).
