This eggless sandwich—piled high with veggie sausage, soy cheese, and avocado tucked into mini bagels—will give your morning a quick boost.

4 mini bagels, sliced

4 veggie sausage patties

4 slices soy cheese

1 avocado, sliced

1. Set the air fryer temp to 400°F.

2. Place the bagels cut side up and the sausage patties in the fryer basket. Cook until the bagels are toasted, about 4 minutes.

3. Pause the machine and remove the bagels. Set aside.

4. Top each patty with 1 slice of cheese. Restart the machine and cook for 4 minutes more.

5. Transfer each patty to between 2 bagel halves. Top each patty with avocado slices and serve immediately.
