Personal Veggie Pizza

You don’t need takeout when you have an air fryer. These homemade personal pizzas are your healthy answer for a crowd-pleasing meal.

8oz (225g) prepared pizza dough

½ cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella-style cheese (Daiya recommended)

4 cups sliced veggies (peppers and onions recommended)

chopped fresh basil

1. Set the air fryer temp to 380°F.

2. Roll out the dough into 4 equally sized rounds. Working in batches, place a round in the fryer basket. Top each round with an equal amount of sauce, cheese, veggies, and basil. Bake until the crust is crispy and the edges are golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.

3. Transfer the pizzas to plates and serve immediately.

TIP Make frozen pizza! Cook the crust ahead of time for 3 minutes and set aside to cool. Add the toppings and store the pizza in the freezer. Reheat in the air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes.

TIP Give this pizza a different spin with barbecue sauce, shredded vegan Cheddar-style cheese, and sliced mushrooms.
