All of these features are available from the home screen, which you are normally presented with when you first log into OBIEE 12c.
Try typing http://[server]:[port]/analytics in your browser, and after the login screen, you should see the home screen. Remember to change the port number if you changed it during installation.
Looking at the Home screen, we can see access to the features described on the left-hand side:
