kale Lemonade
with a touch of honey

This low-calorie juice is a vitamin-filled complement to any meal–and without a lot of sugar. If you’re not a fan of kale, its natural sweetness will pleasantly surprise you.

 

juice of 2 lemons

1 cup chopped kale

1 tbsp honey

  1. 1 In a blender, combine 2 cups water, lemon juice, kale, honey, and as many ice cubes as needed. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into two chilled glasses and serve immediately.
