To load and run an existing package, browse the app package for the ExploreHoloLens app. For an existing package, select the appx bundle or appx file from the browse dialog option and then click on Go. This will load the package and display a Done! message when it is successful. It will also display an error message if there are errors.

Once done, go back to the Installed Apps dropdown--You will have your newly loaded app listed.
