During the previous project, we saw the end-to-end process to create the package for HoloToolkit and use it in our Explore HoloLens application. We discussed that we will reuse the same code for all the projects, and here is the first reuse. As the next step of the development, we will first import the HoloToolkit package in to the Unity project.
In the Unity editor, right-click on the Assets folder, and from the context menu, navigate to Import Package | Custom Package and select the previously created HoloToolkitUnityPackage:
As a standard import process, the Import Package window will list all the scripts and components that are being imported. You do not need to change anything at this point in time; just click on Import.
Within a couple of minutes, the import process will be completed, and you will have all your prerequisite assets and scripts imported in your Unity project.
