Discussions start from ideas about new possibilities with MR. It could be around remote assistance, virtual collaboration, or people-centric applications, but in the end, the target application should make the customer's team more productive.

This brainstorming can take up to a few days, as each idea is scrutinized from the angle of possibility, feasibility, and productivity. The final output of this activity is a single priority idea, which will be taken up by the team for further development.
