that matters more. What we’ve learned is that
teamwork and collaboration matter most.
Within any group, interpersonal differences
are a fact of life. And without a language to
navigate these—a language to be explicit
about our promises, to correct our mistakes—
even the best teams will fall apart. So if you’re
looking to me for some advice on how your
company can succeed, I would offer that if
you pay attention to the interpersonal commu-
nication and language, the rest will follow.
Let me conclude by saying thank you from
all of us at HDS Tech, for telling us that we’re
on the right path.
I’d like to leave you with this golden nug-
get—I know many of you get our weekly nug-
gets, so for you this will be familiar—but it is
an important lesson that I’ve only just realized
as a result of our collective journey as a com-
pany. My nugget of truth is this: the bigger
your problem, the greater your opportunity.
So don’t run away from them; embrace them.
