The Windows Common Controls add more functionality to Access. Knowing how to use these controls is merely a matter of finding out which properties and methods each one uses. Additional controls are coming out from third-party vendors.
Chapter 4, “Looking at the Access Collections,” deals with navigating through collections and shows examples of some of the collections available to Access.
Appendix B, “Getting Started with ActiveX Controls,” gives you a good basic understanding on how to work with ActiveX controls.
