Click on New and create a team with the following details:
Team Name: Global Team
Business Unit: Unites States
Administrator: <yourself>
Click on Save
Click on MANAGE ROLES, select Global Read, and click on OK:
Add a user that belongs to the New Zealand business unit with the (limited) Read security role to the newly created team by clicking on the + button and searching for the user:
