You will need to have a publicly accessible Microsoft SQL Azure instance (PaaS or hosted on Azure Virtual Machines). The easiest option is to create a SQL PaaS instance similar to the one mentioned in the Running no code scheduled synchronization using Scribe recipe of Chapter 5, External Integration. Ensure the firewall rules are either turned off or that the Data Export Service IP addresses are whitelisted. The IP address depends on your geographical location. It is also recommended that you enable the Allow access to Azure services option.
