Match Color

Another useful tool in Photoshop CS2 for removing color casts is Match Color. Originally, this feature was developed to get consistent colors among the pictures in a series, but it also works fine for removing color casts. To do that, select the tool and click the checkbox Neutralize. In theory, the color cast is supposed to be removed automatically; but in most cases, the correction still requires some manual adjustments which are not too much trouble to perform. With the Fade slider, you can adjust the intensity of the correction to your needs. It can sometimes happen that the colors have been overly affected in color cast correction; with Fade, this can be fixed.

Overall, Match Color is a useful tool for selectively correcting color casts without having to deal with the different color channels.
