DELEGATING TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional educators frequently admit that the best way to learn to do something well is to teach it. At times you may wish to delegate the training of a new employee to a regular employee who fully understands and practices the four-step process effectively. By delegating you will give recognition to the regular employee, provide excellent training to the new employee, and save yourself time. It may be wise, however, for you to retain the follow-up responsibility to make certain that the employee you selected as a coach does the job correctly.
