1:Why do some beginning supervisors find it so difficult to make even minor low-consequence decisions?
2:Challenge or defend the practice of dividing decisions into two categories: job oriented and people oriented.
3:Do most supervisors involve their employees in the decision-making process as much as they should? If not, why don't they?
