JOB-ORIENTED PROBLEMS

The two basic kinds of job-oriented problems are minor problems that require quick answers but have little permanent influence on department operations, and major problems that have deep and lasting influence. Most of your decision making will deal with minor job problems that you should be able to handle on the spot. Where should this new item be stored? Which report should be completed first? Should I delegate this task or do it myself? Which color would be best? Should I write or telephone my answer?
