Role Profiles for Cases and Mini-Games

Identifying with the nine profiles that follow will help make the cases and mini-games in Supervisor's Survival Kit more realistic and enjoyable. If you have the opportunity to play a role in a mini-game (group situation), you will be expected to make decisions from the viewpoint of the character you portray. For example, if you are given the role of Mr. Big, you will attempt to act in a way you feel a top-management person with his personality would act.

The chart gives you the power positions of each individual in our hypothetical organization. The more you study and identify with these roles, the more intriguing will be the case studies and mini-games.
