NOWHERE
There’s something scary about a bridge
leading to nowhere, accustomed as we are to
crossing over a bridge to reach a recognized
other side. However, sometimes our psyche
requires us to face the unknown, where the
destination is a blank. A dream can lead us
usefully to do battle with uncertainty.
YOU ARE FINDING THE
COURAGE TO CROSS
There is darkness all around, and you are
plucking up the courage to step onto an unknown
bridge. Your journey has brought you to this
threshold, and there’s no turning back. You have
no idea where this bridge might take you, but
somehow you know you must cross it.

NOWHERE BECOMES
SOMEWHERE
You cross over a bridge leading to nowhere,
hesitating as it sways slightly in the wind and
feeling doubtful about carrying on. But you
persist with an increasing sense of curiosity. At
last, you step onto new territory and walk into
unfamiliar surroundings. You like what you see;
there’s a newness to it all that appeals.
Action Rejoice that you pressed on despite your
doubts. Make a mental note of when you
decided to set out for new territory: you may
need to return across this metaphorical bridge
to nish up matters before you go on to
experience fully this unexplored chapter.
BROKEN STEPS TO
A BRIDGE
You feel compelled to climb steps up to a bridge,
with no idea where that bridge leads. Nearing the
top step, you see to your horror that you must rst
jump over a large hole. For some reason, you
cannot turn back—you have to make the jump.
Action Life isn’t easy for you at the moment. No
sooner do you take the necessary steps for
advancement than your next move seems
imperiled. See the hole in the steps as the nal
challenge before you make the brave leap to
comparative safety. It may appear to lead
nowhere, but this bridge is likely to take you
to meet your destiny—you need to nd
the courage to jump.
