Every new program has a learning curve. Getting up to speed with Outlook can take some time because of the sheer number of features it offers. Even after you become comfortable using Outlook on a day-to-day basis, you’ll still run into situations where you need some help with features you’ve never used before or those you seldom use. Outlook provides extensive help documentation though. You can access this information in a couple of ways.
Ask a Quick Question
At the upper-right corner of the Outlook window you find a question box. Click in the box, type a question or keywords, and press Enter.
Outlook presents a list of possible answers. Click the one that appears to answer your question.

Tip
Offline Help consists of Help content installed by Setup and stored on your computer. Online Help is content available on the Internet at Microsoft’s Web site. Offline Help is great when you don’t want or can’t connect to the Internet. Online Help is generally more extensive.
