When you add an RSS feed, Outlook creates a folder to contain the items downloaded from that feed. You can change the name or location of the folder when you add the feed. You can also change the folder name or location at any time after you add the feed. The capability to change folders lets you manage your RSS feeds in a folder structure that suits your needs.
Rename an RSS Folder
Click to expand the folder list under RSS Feeds in the Navigation Pane.
Right-click the folder and choose Rename.
Type a new name for the folder and press Enter.
Tip
You can click on a folder name to select the folder, then click on it again and type a new name to rename the folder.
Use a Different Folder (Change Folder Location)
Choose Account Settings from the Tools menu.
Click the RSS Feeds tab.
Click Change Folder.
Select an existing folder, or...
Click New Folder to create a new folder for the feed.
Click OK, then click Close.
Tip
You can move an entire folder to a new location. Just click and drag the folder to its destination.
