Objective/usefulness: To provide summation of Metrics in the Report at different aggregation levels. Proceed as follows:
- Open the Data menu | Subtotals.
- Select Total | then open the Display Options tab, shown as follows:

- Select the Top of each level in the positions by row | OK. You should see subtotals across all rows. You can control which subtotals to show through the Advanced button within the subtotals window.
- Press F11 to keep only the grand total.
