For migrating from TFVC to a Git repository, you can use the same import repository as for moving from any Git repository to an Azure Repo. This wizard can take the history for up to 180 days when doing the import. If this is not enough and you are required to move more than 180 days' worth of history to the new repository, there are other approaches you can use but they are more involved.
