This service increases predictability in publishing cloud services for user and business self-services so that the customer's cloud service catalog is designed, managed, and operated to meet business requirements of availability, service publication, and self-service. It also provides the publication of the agreed-to service use cases to the cloud service catalog to validate the correct operational process, which supports delivery of the catalog with a service/tenant focused role, responsibility, and a skill-set enablement guidance to allow customers to manage and deliver the service catalog's capability.
