Deleting a Macro

When you no longer need a macro, delete it. Follow these steps:

1. Choose Developer Visual Basic Macros from the Ribbon or Tools Macro Macro from the menu bar to display the Macro dialog box.
2. If necessary, choose the appropriate workbook or workbooks in the Macros in pop-up menu.
3. Click the macro in the Macro name list box.
4. Click the Delete button. Excel displays a confirmation dialog box (see Figure 14-9).

5. Click the Yes button.
