Implementing Horizon Unified Access Gateway

VMware Horizon Unified Access Gateway (UAG), previously known as Access Point, is a core feature of the Horizon platform that enables secure remote access to applications and desktops, without the need to use a VPN connection or provide direct access from the internet to the Horizon Connection Server. The Horizon UAG is delivered as a hardened, Linux-based virtual appliance that serves as the connection point between external Horizon Clients and desktops or applications hosted on a private network.
