In the previous section, you learned how to load data using Data Manager. This interface is user-friendly and can be useful to both business users and developers. 

Sometimes we want to explore more or understand how things actually work when we create something through a visual interface. In my case, I enjoy scripting. Qlik scripting is not too hard to learn but it takes time to master. There are rules that you must follow if you want your data loads to run fast and perform well when your data increases in size.
