Following up on the paragraph of validation of security rules, once you are happy with the syntax, you can preview your newly created security rule. Previewing your security rules using the audit feature helps you test how your newly created logic will change the permissions for a set of resources or users. All changes, affected by the new security rule, will be indicated with blue colored actions, similar to the audit results table described earlier in this section.
It's not uncommon that sometimes, by accident, you will have multiple security rules applying to the same resource or user. While not ideal, it will not break anything, but will instead sequentially enforce the rules: Qlik Sense evaluates each rule in turn. If one rule provides access to a particular type, Qlik Sense provides that access.
