Preparing the material

For this project, we are going to use some media content that has to be imported into the project and customized. We have to put it inside the project and then use it in our scene. For that, follow these steps:

  1. Create your own folder inside the Assets folder on the Project window and name it @MyAssetsThen, create two other folders inside it called Images and Scripts:

  1. From the resources of this chapter, drag the arrow.png, blueprint.png, icon_file.png, and icon_home.png image files into the Images folder you just created.
  2. Select the images called icons and in the Inspector window, change their Texture Type to Sprite (2D and UI) so that we can use them inside the UI:

  1. Create a new folder in the Assets/StreamingAssets folder of the Project window, call it PDF, and drag the WorkOrder_0021.pdf PDF file to it:
