In this activity, all the requirements are compared with the vanilla Dynamics 365 CE features. Dynamics 365 CE provides a variety of out-of-the-box features that can be used to fulfill many business requirements. For example, simple business requirements of creating records for customers, contacts, leads, products, and activities can be achieved using vanilla features.

Similarly, Dynamics 365 CE provides support for searching entity data using different options like Quick Find View, Global Search, Relevance Search, and Advanced Find Search. But if customers need to search for data in a legacy database, it will be considered as a gap, and we need to have a custom solution to allow the customer to search for data in a custom database.
