Access team templates let us define access rights for the access teams. By creating this template, we can select multiple permissions that we want to share with the users, as shown in the following screenshot:

The preceding screenshot shows an out-of-the-box opportunity sales team template. Any user added to this access team will be able to read, edit, and associate opportunity records with other entity records. Access to the team template can be created only for those entities that have the Access Teams option enabled under the Communication and Collaboration setting in the entity definition.
