Open-ended questions

Open-ended questions are an important way to get a team's view about the current system, how they use it, and what goal they want to achieve through Dynamics 365 CE implementation. These questions can't be answered in one word—for example, yes or no. The answers to these questions can be provided in one or two lines. These questions are dependent on the Dynamics 365 CE apps that they are going to use. The following are some examples of open-ended questions for Dynamics 365 CE implementation for the HIMBAP Auto Service Center:

  • What are the main business processes?
  • What are your day-to-day activities?
  • What is your pain point in the current system?
  • How many users will be using Dynamics 365 CE?
  • What is your sales life cycle?
  • What activities do you perform for marketing?
  • What actions do you take to resolve customer issues?
  • What Microsoft technologies are you using currently?
  • Do you want to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with another application?
