Automatic Record Creation and Update Rule

This is the most commonly used requirement in Dynamics 365 CE, where we can set up rules to create Dynamics 365 CE records based on different activity types. We can set up a rule record and define rules where we can specify an action to create and update entity records, as shown in the following screenshot:

Once our rule is ready, we can activate it. We can also use these rules with queues. In such cases, this rule works when an email enters into the queue.
