Data management settings

In this section, we need to provide any data management-related configuration information required by the business. For example, if customers want to implement duplicate detection while creating or updating entity records, or they want to delete historical data that is not required after a specific time interval, they can do so using bulk delete options. All of the data-related settings can be done through the data management settings. The following is a screenshot of the Dynamics 365 CE Data Management settings:
