Using this technique, we can directly communicate with the stakeholders and key users to understand their requirements and objectives for implementing a Dynamics 365 CE application. Interviews are done by having face-to-face interaction; this can either be one-to-one or it can be in groups. The interview should always be pre-planned, based on the availability of the respective teams. While preparing interview questions, we can include the following types of questions in our interview:
