Dynamics 365 CE is a multi-tenant business application, which means that, in a single-tenant, we can have a multiple-organization setup. In the case of an online environment, we can create different organizations such as Dev, QA, and Prod to use as our development, testing, and production environments. If multiple organizations are created, using the Discovery service, we can get the correct endpoint URL for the user.
