We can use this configuration to manage additional currencies for our organization. While setting up Dynamics 365 CE, we set up our default currency that is used for business transactions, but we can also set up additional currencies using the option shown in the following screenshot:

While setting up the currency, we can provide the Currency Name, Currency Code, Currency Symbol, and exchange rate. We may need to set up the integration or a process to update currency exchange rates regularly, based on the market.
