ISV solutions are the solutions developed by ISVs. You can find ISV solutions developed by Microsoft and Microsoft partners in Microsoft AppSource at https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-US/.
Most of the time, it is a better option to use an existing ISV solution that has already been used and tested by other customers, instead of putting development time and effort into building functionality from scratch. This is how we can use Fit-Gap analysis and make sure Dynamics 365 CE fits business requirements. If we see any gap, we can fill the gap by using the different options that we discussed previously.
