The number of mobile users is increasing in the world every day. Keeping this in mind, every business application that's built today is accessible from mobile devices. Users can also access Dynamics 365 using mobile or tablet clients. Dynamics 365 CE for phone can be downloaded from iOS and Android stores. Once the organization's URL has been configured, you can access all of your apps from your mobile using a responsive design.

The Dynamics 365 CE for phone app now supports offline capability. It's no longer necessary for mobile users to be online to connect to the Dynamics 365 CE server since they can access their data in offline mode as well.

Users can work with different entities based on their security permissions. Although the business process flow is supported in offline mode, it is limited to single-entity business processes only (business process flows for multiple entities is not supported). All the work that's done in offline mode is synchronized back to the Dynamics 365 CE server when the user has connected to the server again.
