This chapter does not have any technical requirements, but when preparing documentation for your customer, it's recommended that you have the following tools (or similar) to document customer requirements:

• Microsoft Office or an Office 365 subscription for preparing documents
• Microsoft Visio or a similar tool 
• A tool to generate an entity-relationship (ER) diagram
